PRIVACY
What this website actually collects.
Plain language about the information you choose to share, and the technical signals used to keep the enquiry form usable.
Last updated: 4 September 2026
UniQ Labs collects only the information needed to operate this website, receive enquiries, protect the enquiry system from abuse and respond to people who contact us.
This page describes the current public website. It is not a certified DPDP Act, GDPR or other regulatory-compliance statement, and it does not appoint a data-protection officer.
Information you submit
The public enquiry form asks for your name, email address, area of interest, project stage and a message about what you want to exist. Phone number and organisation are optional.
Submitting the form also records that you confirmed UniQ Labs may use those details to respond. The form includes a hidden field used only to ignore automated spam; it is not a request for your website or other personal information.
If you arrived at the contact page from another page on this site, or through a link that includes campaign parameters, the website may also store the path you came from and those optional campaign values so the enquiry can be understood in context.
How enquiries are stored
Submitted enquiries are processed by the website backend and stored in controlled production infrastructure on Firebase / Google Cloud. The public browser cannot read or write enquiry records directly.
Current infrastructure includes Firebase App Hosting, Cloud Firestore and Google Cloud services used to run and protect the site. UniQ Labs uses this information to review and respond to enquiries. It is not collected to build advertising profiles.
Anti-abuse and security signals
The production site uses anti-abuse mechanisms including Firebase App Check with reCAPTCHA Enterprise, together with server-side rate limiting.
The backend may process technical request information needed to validate legitimate browser requests, detect abusive submission patterns, enforce rate limits and prevent automated misuse.
The implementation is designed not to persist raw IP addresses in enquiry records. A privacy-preserving derived network identifier may be used for rate limiting.
Duplicate submissions
The enquiry system may temporarily store a submission identifier so the same request is not processed twice if a browser retries. These records are technical controls, not marketing profiles.
Retention
There is no fixed public deletion period implemented for enquiry records. Enquiries may be retained as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain business correspondence, handle follow-up, and meet legitimate operational or legal needs.
Rate-limit and duplicate-submission technical records are designed to expire automatically rather than remain as permanent profiles.
Google and Firebase services
This website uses Google / Firebase infrastructure, including Firebase App Hosting, Cloud Firestore, Firebase App Check, reCAPTCHA Enterprise and Google Cloud.
Those providers necessarily process information required to host the site, store enquiries and operate security checks. This page does not claim that Google receives no data.
Analytics
This website does not currently run an analytics or advertising-measurement system. No measurement ID is configured in the production website configuration, and this milestone does not install Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel or other marketing trackers.
Security
UniQ Labs applies reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including a controlled backend, server-side validation and anti-abuse controls. No website can promise absolute security.
Questions and requests
For a privacy question, or to ask about an enquiry you submitted, write to uniq@universalquantumlabs.com.
Children
This is a company information and enquiry website. It is not directed at children and does not create student or child accounts. EduFlow, described elsewhere on the site, is a product under development and is not a student-account system on this website.
