Each durable organism can possess IDENTITY, ANCESTRY, WALLET, GENOME, MEMORY, COGNITION, LIFECYCLE, MORTALITY, REPRODUCTIVE HISTORY. An organism is not one LLM call, one temporary trading agent, or one strategy run.

    Founder generation

    Each Gen-0 organism begins with exactly USD 5, represented internally as 5,000,000 micro-USD.

    Reproduction eligibility

    Reproduction eligibility requires at least USD 10 of qualifying settled economic state / reconciled net liquidation value according to the governing model.

    Valid reproduction

    When valid reproduction occurs, the child receives exactly USD 5 and the parent must retain at least USD 5 while remaining solvent.

  4. 04

    No rescue

    No top-up, bailout, resurrection, or reuse of already-consumed reproductive energy.

  5. 05

    Death

    Economic death is irreversible when the governing equity condition reaches or falls below zero according to the frozen model.
